1. Dilution diffusion method Principle: Smelly ground gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney, or diluted with odorless air to reduce the concentration of smelly substances to reduce the odor. Advantages: Low cost, simple equipment. 2. Water absorption method Principle: Industrial waste gas treatment equipment is to make use of the characteristics of some substances in the odor soluble in water, so that the odor components directly contact with water, so as to dissolve in water to achieve the purpose of deoxidation. Advantages: simple process, convenient management, low equipment operation cost, secondary pollution, need to treat the washing liquid. Disadvantages: low purification efficiency, should be combined with other technologies, mercaptan, fatty acid treatment effect is poor. 3. Aerated activated sludge deodorization method Principle: The malodorous substances are dispersed into the mixture containing activated sludge in the form of aeration, and the malodorous substances are degraded by microorganisms growing in suspension. Advantages: After the acclimation of activated sludge, the removal rate can reach more than 99.5 percent of the odorous components which do not exceed the load. 4. Multi-medium catalytic oxidation process Principle: The reaction tower is filled with special solid packing, and the packing is mixed with multi-medium catalyst. When the malodorous gas passes through the packing layer under the action of induced draft fan, the liquid phase mixed oxidizer ejected by the industrial waste gas treatment equipment through the special nozzle in the form of divergent mist is fully in contact with the solid phase packing surface, and under the catalytic action of multi-medium catalyst, the pollution factor in the malodorous gas is fully decomposed. Advantages: small footprint, low investment, low operating costs; It is easy to manage and ready to use.
