Gas industry exhaust treatment processes can be divided into four categories: (1） Reduction and absorption process, which converts all forms of sulfur in exhaust gas into H2S, and then uses different methods to deal with it; (2）oxidation and absorption process, converting all the sulfide in the tail gas into SO2, and then absorbing SO2 with solution or recycling SO2; (3) Low temperature Klaus process, under the condition of sulfur dew point below the temperature of Claus reaction; (4) liquid phase direct oxidation process.
